Compliance with Australian Consumer Law
We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). However, please note that the products we offer are discontinued or old retail store products, and as such, can not be returned unless the item is not fit for purpose as per ACL. Our goods may not be of “as new" quality, and you acknowledge that you are purchasing these products with this understanding. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure.
Orders and Acceptance
No agreement is formed with a customer until an order has been accepted, processed, and an order confirmation has been sent. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Payment Terms
We accept payments via list payment methods, e.g., Visa, Mastercard, PayPal. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed.
Pricing and Taxes
All prices are listed in Australian dollars and include GST unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
Shipping and Delivery
We deliver to addresses within Australia (and internationally, if applicable). We are not liable for delays outside our control.
Refunds and Returns
All products sold are discontinued or old retail store products, and as such, we do not offer warranties, refunds, or returns unless required by law under the ACL. If your product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days for a resolution in accordance with ACL guidelines. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or dissatisfaction with the product. If the seller has already sold the item and has not informed lastseasons.com.au, we will issue a full refund to the purchaser. Returns must be shipped to our office at the buyers cost to our office in Melbourne Victoria.
